Sound Settings Steps

for Windows:

  • right-click on the sound icon in the taskbar;

  • select Playback or Recording devices;

  • adjust the volume on the computer and in the application

for Mac / macOS:

  • Go to System Preferences > Sound > C-Media USB Headset > Output or Input > Volume

- Does it work with a typical single-pin Android headset (where single pin handles both mic & speakers) ?

- Yes, you need to plug your headset to the headphone/speaker jack (BLACK jack on the left), NOT the red jack.
